Xuzhou Medical University also known as XZMU, a higher study institution under the administration of the provincial government, is located at Xuzhou Jiangsu province in China. Established in 1958, the institution originated from the Xuzhou branch, Nanjing Medical College.
Amalgamating in 1959, Xinruilian Medical Academy into the branch, renamed as Xuzhou Medical College. Then the college merged with Xuzhou Health Vocational School in 2000 and in 2016, the college was renamed Xuzhou Medical University.
From the very first time in 1958, the university initially started five years undergraduate programs and in 1998 XZMU was authorized to recruit students for master’s programs. The university is grabbing its position among top-ranked institutions in china.
As a consequence, XZMU launched programs in 2005 and ensure an atmosphere for overseas students. Furthermore, the authority permitted XZMU to grant doctoral programs and enroll doctoral candidates.
