China has increased scholarship opportunities for Bangladeshi students, say organizers of the Third China Education Expo (2017).
In this regard, the Chinese Scholarship Council launched scholarships for masters and Ph.D. programs for Bangladeshi students last year.
The organizers say around 280 Chinese universities are offering scholarships under which tuition and dormitory fees are not required; students receive monthly stipends of Chinese RMB 3,000.00 to 3,500.00 equivalent to BDT 37,000.00 to 43,000.00

According to the organizers, an aspirant has to pay a total of Tk 2.9 lakh for an application fee, three months' visa and air ticket and other expenses.
Sangen International, a Chinese education agency, will help the candidates from application to an admission of which process starts from January every year.
